  • Immediate anxiety response upon exposure

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Characteristics:

  • Develops after trauma or witnessing traumatic events
  • Flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive memories
  • Avoidance of triggers and hypervigilance
